About Dorint Am Goethepark Weimar

Dorint Am Goethepark Weimar has a hundred and forty-three rooms and suites on the Beethovenplatz, in three buildings: a main house, the Russian Legation villa, which holds the junior suites, and the Dingelstedt villa with the comfort suites and apartments. Downstairs there is a restaurant named for Bettina von Arnim, a beer parlour under a Tiffany ceiling with a view of Goethe's property, a bar, and a spa of five hundred square metres. Parking in the underground garage and a dog in the room each carry an additional charge.

Three houses, one hotel

The standard rooms, twenty-five square metres, are in the main building; the comfort rooms look towards the Park an der Ilm; the junior suites are in the Russian Legation villa, the comfort suites and apartments in the Dingelstedt villa. Every room has free WiFi, a flat screen, a desk and a safe; the higher categories add tea- and coffee-making and a minibar with a bottle of mineral water included. Check-in is from three in the afternoon, check-out by noon.

Bettina, the Consilium and the bar

The restaurant carries the name of Bettina von Arnim, the writer who adored Goethe until he had had enough of her; the room is rustic-elegant, with seating for twenty. The Bierstube Consilium, also twenty seats, serves Thuringian specialities with regional beer and wine under a Tiffany ceiling, with a view of Goethe's property. The Bar Belle Epoque seats forty.
