About Franz & Willi Burgerhaus
Franz & Willi Burgerhaus is a burger house on the Rittergasse that calls itself Weimar's first, open since May 2015,[1] and describes what it does as slow-food burgers: patties, sauces, salads and bowls made by hand, without artificial additives, everything cooked to order. It has a terrace, and it is shut on Mondays.
It joins in the Fête de la Musique
On the longest day the house puts a stand out in front of the restaurant with small specials on it, for the Fête de la Musique — the free music festival that takes over Weimar's streets on 21 June. If you are following the music that evening, the Rittergasse is on the map.
