One man, an accordion and a songbook: the Berliner Ivo Zöllner has had Otto Reutter's couplets in his repertoire for years and plays his own accompaniment. The house names the popular ones you would come for — »Nehm’n Se’n Alten«, »In 50 Jahren ist alles vorbei«, »Der Überzieher«, »Der Blusenkauf«, »Der gewissenhafte Maurer« — and promises less familiar ones beside them, comic and decidedly not, in a form that runs on timing and a small room.
