The list was made by a child for his depressed mother, and became the most important companion of his life — happy moments, exact observations of the people around him, small miracles. He is grown up now, and tells a young audience about his childhood, his youth and his sadness. Christoph Dechamps stages Duncan Macmillan's play for school classes in Weimar and the surrounding area: it is booked for a performance in the school itself rather than sold as an evening at the theatre.
