This is the production that explains how Galli works. The house plays the Grimm fairy tales to children in the afternoon and then, in the evening, plays them back to the adults who brought them — and the frog king, a story about a promise made carelessly to something repulsive and then owed, needs almost no adjusting to become a relationship comedy. The billing calls it a lustful relationship fairy tale and does not pretend otherwise. It comes round often enough in the autumn listing that a visitor with one free evening has a fair chance of catching it.
