The youth and culture centre on the Goetheplatz is a hard-working building that never turns up on a postcard. A hall and its café upstairs, a Kleinkunstraum and a dance room at street level, a rehearsal room under the roof and the municipal cinema in the cellar — and a programme as wide as that suggests: children's theatre at ten in the morning, a reading, a folk dance evening, a concert, an under-18 disco on Saturday night.
