What made audiences smile, stare and slap their thighs over the years, collected into a single programme: the house's own best-of, and the evening the company reaches for when it wants to win a room quickly. It is also what the Kirms-Krackow-Haus plays on New Year's Eve, twice over — an early show and a late one, which is worth knowing in a town where 31 December otherwise means finding a restaurant that has not been booked out since October.
